Career Development Center knows the importance of focusing on each person and their abilities while supporting their potential. We believe that all people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are defined by their own strengths and abilities, not by their disability.
Diversity
Career Development Center believes that society benefits from the contributions of people with diverse personal characteristics. Diversity includes all the ways in which people differ, including but not limited to individual ideas, perspectives, and values.
